Post-Weld Heat Treatment – PWHT
We offer post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) for welded structures and castings, intended to reduce residual internal stresses after welding.
Heat treatment is carried out within the guaranteed parameters of our furnaces.
Dimensions exceeding the guaranteed limits are handled individually based on technical assessment and a technological solution.
PWHT is performed in accordance with applicable standards as well as specific customer requirements.
PWHT technical capabilities (guaranteed dimensions):
Gas furnace – 3,200 × 6,900 × 1,800 mm | load capacity 120t | max. temperature 1050 °C
Gas furnace – 3,000 × 7,000 × 2,500 mm | load capacity 120t | max. temperature 1050 °C
Electric stress-relief furnace – 1,400 × 3,000 × 1,580 mm | load capacity 6t | max. temperature 780 °C
